Adele Cross

Co-founder | Artistic Director

Adele Cross has over 20 years’ experience working in broadcasting and is currently a BBC music radio producer for the Mobeen Azhar Show and Co-founder of Five Talent Management Ltd.

With over 30 years’ experience on church worship teams across the world Adele cut her teeth as a singer and musician playing in church services from a young age. 

She attained a Diploma in Gospel Music Studies from Portland Bible College (USA) and went on to earn a second diploma in Jazz and Popular Music from Goldsmith’s, University of London. Soon after Adele went on to join the London Community Gospel Choir and direct youth choirs including the One Breath Choir.

Joanne Holmes

Co-founder | Programme Director

Joanne has 15+ years working in the charitable and not-for-profit sector. As a Lead Coach & Consultant at Resurgo, she ran coaching and development programmes for unemployed 16 - 24 year olds and has successfully account managed high value donors and major donor stewardship programmes at Christian Aid and Action for Children.

She obtained a LLB Law degree from Brunel University and is currently a MA student in Theology, Leadership & Innovation with Nazarene Theological College.
